Check it out! We have added to our web site. The URL is the same, www.slstriad.com. The look, feel and features are MUCH better. You can now perform searches on tickets. You can search by 3 different ways. You can retrieve a ticket with the ticket number. You can retrieve tickets via a date range or perform a key word search. The search results will return all tickets for your company that meet the criteria. We have also expanded our login access. You may have individual logins for each user at your company instead of one master login. We are very excited about our new web site. Take a few minutes to check it out. We welcome any feedback.
